Hi, I'm new. Is there any sort of comics zine in Melbourne that locals can contribute to?

'Fistful of Comics' has been going pretty hard for a while now but I don't think they're Melbourne based. Maybe 'Yuck!' ? Tango is a bit more professional than a zine. I'd ask the friendly clerks at sticky because a lot of the mixed contribution zines like to receive illustrations.

Who's going to the Dark Contrasts launch this week?

Thanks for that Andrei, I'll check those out. I saw 'Fistful' in Minotaur and assumed it was made in Melbourne - it looked good anyway.
